On Sunday 7th May 2017 there will be a 10k & 6k trail run starting in West Ilsley, heading up to the ridgeway and then finishing back in the village, where there will be a medal and a snack from the BBQ for all finishers. In addition to this there will also be a fun run in the playing field for all ages. This run is just one of many ways that James Smith is trying to raise money for Help for Heroes. He will also be taking part in a challenge every month. This will include marathons up to 60 miles in length. On top of this he will be walking the coast to coast and if that wasn't enough he will be taking things to a whole new level by making his way up to Everest Basecamp.
